Order Confirmation: Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the list of items you purchased and your shipping information. We kindly ask you to double-check the accuracy of your details, including your country, street number, company name, and unit. If you notice any mistakes, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly assist you in correcting them. In case you don't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, we recommend checking your spam folder before reaching out to us. This can help ensure that our correspondence reaches you promptly.
Shipping Information: We offer express delivery to the following countries: UK, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Slovenia, and Slovakia.
To ensure fast and reliable shipping, we work with reputable logistics providers, including Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, UPS, THT, FedEx, Wanb and EMS, YunExpress, Yanwen, and 4PX.
As Happy Lion has factories and warehouses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy Australia, and China, we will select the fastest route for shipping your order based on inventory availability and shipping options.
Order Processing: We strive to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. However, during peak periods such as holiday season or significant sales events, it may take slightly longer to prepare your order for shipment. Please note that our processing time refers to business days only.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its expected delivery date.
Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have supplied the correct address for shipping. Please check your address and details carefully on the order confirmation, and contact us urgently if this needs to be amended.
if the address is incorrect and your item has been shipped we may have to charge you for shipping again if the item gets returned to us.
Delivery times may be longer during peak periods or if your parcel undergoes customs inspection. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery failures due to circumstances beyond our control.
Refund Policy: If your package has not arrived after 45 business days from the date of shipment, you may be eligible for a refund. Please note that this excludes cases of exchange or re-send due to a missing package during shipment.
Tracking: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to verify your order details. When your item is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your order number, carrier information, the date and time of the order, order status, and package tracking numbers for shipped items. You can track your items on the carrier's official website after 24 hours.
Once your items arrive in your country, they will be handled by your local postal services. You can track your parcel on your local postal services' website using the same tracking number provided. If the tracking information indicates that the parcel could not be delivered for any reason, please contact your local shipping company first for further details. As they are directly handling your parcel, they will have more specific information that we may not possess.
Please note that tracking is active during 60 days so we won't be able to do anything to help you if you contact us after this period.
DELIVERY
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately email support@happylion.co.uk within 3 business days after receiving shipping.
If your order has been damaged during transit, please get in touch with us promptly, by sending us a picture.
If possible, please record any issue concerning the delivery (damaged/soaked package, torn/bent products...) to the carrier when you receive your order.
CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@happylion.co.uk as soon as you can, once the package is shipped out, we are unable to change the address.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Despite the best efforts, some destinations are still subject to transit/delivery delays. This is why the following estimated delivery table cannot be guaranteed, it depends on your country’s current status. For your information, most of the postal services are still experiencing transit/delivery delays because of limited airline capacity, government restriction, important safety measures including physical distancing, employee absence (quarantine…), customs procedures and the huge extra volume of package every day… as a result of the pandemic. But they're still working hard to collect, process and deliver mail/parcels in unprecedented times.
PLEASE NOTE
When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
Your order will be sent to the address indicated at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.
You have to pay your own shipping fee for the returned product if it's not the problem of the quality.
